How long does delivery take ?
  • As we have warehouses located in US, EU and China, shipping time may vary:
    • Large/Xlarge Framed orders estimated shipping time is 5-15 days
    • Other orders estimated shipping time is 10-21 days.
  • Shipping time may take longer in peak season (Holidays, Christmas, New Year…)

How do i check the status of my order

When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

When will my item's Tracking Number be available?

Tracking Numbers are usually generated within 3-5 business days, and may take up to another 7 days to have updated tracking information depending on the efficiency of our shipping partners.

Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to our customers, even before the tracking information is ready.

My Tracking Number's status is showing Not Found or Pending, should I be worried?

No. Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to our customers, even before the tracking information is ready. In some cases, Tracking Numbers could take 3-5 days to have an updated status.

Tracking Numbers without updated information is not an indication of idle parcel or inactivity. Most of the time it merely means that the shipping company did not update their system on time, even when packages are shipped within the usual time frame.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we only accept payment via Paypal. You can pay with your credit card via paypal without create an account.


How do I take care of my artwork? Do I need to clean it?

Typically your artwork will just need a light dusting every now and then. If you find that you need to spot clean the canvas, use a damp cloth that has only water on it. Do not use chemicals as it reacts with the ink and ruin the canvas.

Can I hang my artwork outside?

Most of the canvas arts are made to be hung indoors. Though you can still hang your artwork outside only if it’s a shaded area as moisture, water exposure, and/or direct sunlight will ultimately damage the artwork over time.

Can I buy a digital copy of the image?

We are unable to offer any digital copies for sale.

Will the colors I see on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?

The colors you see on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.
